Fees
Upfront Onboarding Fee
A one-time fee covers professional photography, listing creation, advertising setup, lockbox installation, and a first professional clean to prepare your property for guests. This fee is tailored to your property and discussed during your in-home consultation.
Maintenance Charges
We coordinate all maintenance issues on your behalf. Repairs under $200 are handled automatically with your pre-approval. For costs above this, we’ll always contact you for approval before proceeding.
Housekeeping Costs
Housekeeping fees vary based on your property's size and setup. All cleans include fresh linens, towels, and replenished toiletries. The cleaning fee is charged directly to guests as part of their booking.
Optional Setup Services
Additional services, available upon request, include deep cleaning, smart locks, property styling, furniture sourcing, and providing initial guest supplies.
