The unit features two stylish bathrooms that are well-appointed with contemporary fixtures, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.
The open-plan living and dining area flows effortlessly to a private balcony, where you can bask in the ocean breeze and enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine.
The fully equipped kitchen ensures that you can easily prepare delicious meals during your stay.
For year-round comfort, the unit is fitted with air conditioning in the main living spaces and ceiling fans throughout.
PARKING: Visitors are welcome to park in the visitor parking even though it says ‘Shop Parking
Only’ and there is room for two cars in our parking bay.
Across the road to the left of the Mudjimba Surf Club is a track to the beach and the
patrolled flags for swimming. To the right of the surf club is best for walk access and afternoon
sundowners. A few minutes drive away is the Maroochy River – a favourite still water/river
swimming spot is North Shore, and on one side is the river, and on the other, the beach. It’s very
popular with locals, but we nearly always snag a park not too far away.

We have a strict no-party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours. Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.
Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
If smoking occurs on the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorized.
Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests.
In the event of losing a key or being locked out, an Emergency call out charge of $100 will be charged.

Unfortunately, we are not able to host schoolies groups.
