Marcus Beach is situated in the heart of Noosa's natural biosphere, hugged by Noosa National Park and the ocean. It is the perfect spot for those looking for peace and privacy to relax and unwind. A short drive to Peregian Village where you'll find a variety of excellent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants. There are access tracks throughout the National Park for hiking and bird watching. Marcus Beach is a 10 minute drive to Hastings Street, Noosaville River and Coolum Beach. You'll have found your own little "slice" on the Sunshine Coast.
The Beach runs for 5 km between Sunrise and Peregian and is backed by a vegetated foreshore reserve, with also some parking and beach access points and sections of beachfront residential areas. It is not patrolled and maintains the same rip-dominated inner and outer bar system.
Swimming
Swimming anywhere along the beach is relatively hazardous owing to the persistent strong rips, the deep longshore trough and larger rips further offshore. You should only swim at the four patrolled beaches. Stay between the flags and well clear of the rips.
Surfing
There are numerous beach breaks the length of the beach, with best conditions at high tide on a moderate swell.
Fishing
The rips produce good holes the length of the beach, with the deep longshore trough also accessible with a long cast.
General
A long beach offering plenty of surf and a range of settlements and facilities.

Please answer the pre-booking message truthfully at the time of booking. This will help us get to know you to ensure the space suits your needs. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
We do allow small dogs under 10kg. Pets are to be kept off all furniture and cleaned up after, please. Pets must be declared on the reservation as an extra cleaning fee will be added to your total reservation amount after booking.
We have a strict no-party policy. Please do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours. Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
Kindly observe the 10am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with enhanced cleaning standards.
Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
If smoking occurs on the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorized.
Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests and the emergency call out fee.
In the event of losing a key or being locked out, an Emergency call out charge of $100 will be charged.
Pets are allowed—limited to small, non-shedding dogs only.
