The open-plan living area with large sliding doors seamlessly flows to your own private backyard with pool, spa, large alfresco dining area with a BBQ, and multiple outdoor seating options.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast with dual ovens and microwaves, electric and gas stove top as well as a butler's pantry with wine fridge. There is also a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer and a coffee machine to brew that perfect cup in the morning.
A large living area is off the kitchen opening to the outdoor pool deck. A large TV and modular sitting area ensure comfort for everyone.
Your master suite with a luxuriously comfy queen bed has sliding doors leading to the deck and pool area. It has a beautifully presented ensuite with boutique toiletries provided and walk-in shower and a walk-in robe.
A large comfortable electric reclining sofa in the media room makes it easy for everyone to kick back and watch a movie on the large wall-mounted TV.
Down the hall are 2 queen bedrooms and another room with a single bed and trundle under it. All linen provided is hotel quality for a luxurious feel while you have a good night's sleep.
The main bathroom features a walk-in shower, bathtub, and large mirrored vanity.
There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a clothesline.
Ducted Air conditioning and heat are sure to provide comfort during any month that you may visit.
Guests will also have access to 2 car parking in the driveway and plenty on street parking. The driveway is shared, with space 6A designated for the unit at the front of the house.

Please answer the pre-booking message truthfully at the time of booking. This will help us get to know you to ensure the space suits your needs. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
We do allow small dogs under 10kg. Pets are to be kept off all furniture and cleaned up after, please. Pets must be declared on the reservation as an extra cleaning fee will be added to your total reservation amount after booking.
We have a strict no-party policy. Please do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours. Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
Kindly observe the 10am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with enhanced cleaning standards.
Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
If smoking occurs on the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorized.
Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests and the emergency call out fee.
In the event of losing a key or being locked out, an Emergency call out charge of $100 will be charged.
Pets are allowed—limited to small, non-shedding dogs only.
Security Camera: A motion‑activated security camera is installed in the driveway for property safety. It faces outward only and does not monitor private areas.
