Located towards the back of the unit with picturesque lake views of Nelson Park are 2 more bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and TV and the other 2 singles and workspace.
Another large modern bathroom with a double vanity and full laundry facilities complete the space.
There is 1 allocated undercover parking space and plenty of timed on-street parking.
The complex also has a large shared swimming pool with plenty of sunbathing room and overlooks the beautiful ocean scenery.
Alexandra Headland, known to the locals as 'Alex', is a coastal community situated on Queensland's Sunshine Coast. The community is located on a beautiful spot on what is known as the Sunshine Strip - it sits between Mooloolaba and Maroochydore with plenty of options for shopping, dining and
vibrant nightlife.
The town with its laid back atmosphere and inviting beaches has become a popular spot for surfers known as "The Bluff" which is some of the best surf on the Queensland coast. Watch the surfers ride the waves all day long or join them and rent a board.
The best way to pass the time in Alexandra Headlands is to pack a picnic, a towel and a good book and head down to the patrolled beach for a swim and a relaxing day hanging out on the white sands.
Just behind the SHARA is Nelson Park with a stunning lake and outdoor recreation area for people seeking a tranquil day in nature. The park is an excellent alternative to a day at the beach for a moment of solitude and walk the paths around the lake. Nelson Park has numerous facilities which include BBQs, shelters, picnic tables, and a playground.

Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.
Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
If smoking occurs on the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorizing.
Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests.
