Just a 10min walk is one of Coolum Beach's most popular areas the, "Esplanade" which boasts an array of cafes, restaurants, and trendy shops. There is also a large park and playground and patrolled beach. This property has everything you could ask for - perfect for that family getaway or for relaxing after a day spent surfing, or sunbathing.
Located in "Oceane" this stay depicts salty air and a sandy beach holiday that you expect from the Sunshine Coast.
Walk into the upstairs suite and a beautifully styled, modern space greets you. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need and a round dining table to pull up your chairs. A lounge area with a TV for movie nights opens up to a deck for alfresco eating and BBQ.
Enter through the hallways to the first room with 4 single beds and main bathroom with a shower. The spacious master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows is the perfect spot to relax and also has an ensuite.
Down the stairs is another fully self-contained suite with another main bathroom, queen-sized bedroom and lounge with a hidden kitchenette.
Another patio with alfresco dining and BBQ and an outdoor shower finishes off the space.

One highly recommended activity is participating in Friday night Bare Foot Bowls at Coolum Beach Bowls Club, or enjoying a family night out along Coolum's main street is filled with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, and takeaways.

We have a strict no-party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours. Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.
Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
If smoking occurs on the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorizing.
Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests.
In the event of losing a key or being locked out, an Emergency call out charge of $100 will be charged.
