This modern, three-bedroom stay combines functional, family-friendly spaces with luxurious additions to offer a stunning holiday haven that feels like a home away from home.
On the ground floor, a light and airy, open-plan layout with a fully equipped kitchen is the perfect spot to socialise with loved ones while you cook up meals, with the choice of casual stools as the breakfast bar or a six-seater dining table.
When you want to kick back with a movie or a good book, an inviting lounge area complete with a corner sofa and TV adjoining the dining area ensure everyone has plenty of space to unwind.
With multiple outdoor options to relax and entertain, a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living areas creates a laidback atmosphere and a sense of spaciousness. Glass doors connect the kitchen to a generous entertainer's patio complete with a six-seater dining table setting and more, while the lounge area opens to a covered deck overlooking the pool. Take a dip or settle in on the sofa to enjoy an alfresco wine as the sun goes down, while the grassy backyard offers a pet-friendly place to play.
Three well-appointed bedrooms accommodate six guests, with the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed. The second and third bedrooms are located downstairs, having a queen and a double, sharing the stylish and contemporary main bathroom where you’ll find a walk-in shower, double vanity, and all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer.
The generously sized master bedroom on the second level landing features a TV lounge and a wet bar as well as split-system heating and cooling, a walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. Guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the freestanding bathtub before hopping between the sheets.
Additional conveniences include ceiling fans throughout, a washing machine, a dedicated workspace, and parking for two cars on the premises plus free street parking 24/7.
** Please note: There is a separate studio located to the right of the house. It has it's own entrance and private courtyard completely separate to the house.
The family-friendly beaches of Kawana and Buddina are just a few minutes’ drive. Stop in for a coffee at one of the nearby cafes along the beachfront before taking a dip or a stroll on the sand. If you’re traveling with pets, Buddina Beach is also dog-friendly.
Point Cartwright Lighthouse is less than 10 minutes’ drive from your stay and features a lookout with stunning views of Mount Coolum and Mooloolah River, as well as the chance to spot migrating humpback whales. Pack a picnic and enjoy a bushland walk.
Kawana Waters is a 10-minute walk, offering waterfront dining overlooking the Mooloolah River. Kawana Shoppingworld is just a few minutes’ drive, where you’ll find a large variety of shops, eateries and takeaway options as well as a cinema.

We have a strict no-party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours. Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.
Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
If smoking occurs on the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorized.
Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests.
In the event of losing a key or being locked out, an Emergency call out charge of $100 will be charged.
Pets are allowed—limited to small, non-shedding dogs only.
